Steve Spinell oversees operations and strategic decision making. Steve was a part of a residential development team for the first portion of his career, developing over $1B for sale single family, multifamily, and condominium projects. After starting Kinzie in 2011, he utilized his development experience by servicing banks, law firms, and individuals during the great recession by becoming an expert in special servicing various asset types across the country. Third-party general contracting became an area of opportunity to provide value to prospective clients, specifically focused on multifamily developments following the recession. Steve currently spearheads business development, preconstruction services, and daily operations at Kinzie. Steve has over 35 years of real estate development and general contracting experience totaling over $1.5 billion in value.
