Lead Superintendent (Commercial)
COMMERCIAL PODIUM CONSTRUCTION
As a member of the field operations team, the Lead Superintendent is responsible for providing overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for the day-to-day field operations of a singular large-sized complex project or multiple mid-sized projects related to commercial rental podium buildings. This role will plan, direct, and coordinate designated project activities to ensure all project goals/objectives are attained or exceeded and met within the project schedule and budget, all while maintaining a safe project site at the highest standards of quality. The Lead Superintendent will also perform quality control and subcontractor/vendor coordination activities. Some supervision of Superintendents and Interns may be required.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
Lead Superintendent (Residential)
SLAB-ON-GRADE WALK-UP MULTIFAMILY, TOWNHOME, SINGLE-FAMILY RENTAL
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership for on-site field administration and supervision and for the field operations of a project, specifically wood frame construction. This role will plan, direct, and coordinate designated project activities to ensure all project objectives are attained or exceeded within the project schedule and budget, all while maintaining a safe project site and at the highest standards of quality. The Lead Superintendent will also perform quality control and subcontractor/vendor coordination activities. Supervision of Superintendents and Interns may be required.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
Senior Estimator/Estimator
SLAB-ON-GRADE WALK-UP MULTIFAMILY, TOWNHOME, SINGLE-FAMILY RENTAL
This is a new position with leadership abilities to manage our walk-up wood frame multifamily, townhomes, and project single-family rentals. The position is responsible for gathering data required in preparing detailed budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages. The position will also establish a bidders list, solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals, scope of work, and review project plans and specifications for constructability and value-added design. Residential home building experience and/or commercial wood frame experience needed.

Project Engineer
FULL TIME
The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting and supporting Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations Departments in planning, directing, and coordinating designated project activities to ensure all goals and objectives are met. This role will learn all facets of the construction process to allow progression to the position of estimator, project manager, or superintendent.

Senior Project Manager
FULL TIME
As a member of the project management team, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall administration, execution, and completion of a singular large-scale project or multiple mid-sized projects. The SPM will participate in the development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This role will manage productivity, profitability, communication between team members, resolve conflicts, and cultivate client and Architect/Engineer relationships. Supervision of other Project Managers and Project Engineers will be required.

As a member of the field operations team, the Superintendent is responsible for running the day-to-day field operations of single or multiple small-sized projects and may assist a Lead Superintendent on large and/or complex projects. The Superintendent will perform quality control, safety, and subcontractor/vendor coordination activities.
