Project Overview

The Oaks of Vernon Hills is recognized as one of the greenest residential rental communities in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Kinzie worked closely with developer REVA Development Partners, LLC. in identifying energy-efficient construction materials and recycled construction waste to help the property achieve LEED Silver status. 

The development’s 288 apartments and 32 townhomes are located on 30 acres of extensive parklands with walking trails, while at the same time offering residents convenient access to the nearby interstate and two commuter rail stations. The community also includes a centrally located clubhouse, swimming pool, theater/gaming room, state-of-the-art fitness center, bocce ball court, and dog park.
