Roslyn Meadows in Barrington, IL is a well-appointed new-construction townhome community conveniently located within the award-winning Barrington School District. This charming, maintenance-free community features Williamsburg Colonial Revival architecture, a neighborhood park, walking paths and sidewalks dotted with old-fashioned streetlamps, and common areas lined with specimen trees and plantings. 

Early on when the for-sale project originally wasn’t meeting the expected sales pace, Kinzie’s understanding of the local real estate market came into play, as it worked with the developer to quickly transition Roslyn Meadows into a rental community. Within one week, the community’s models were leased and a good portion of all townhomes were leased ahead of first deliveries, resulting in much earlier returns for the developer than were anticipated under the for-sale model.
