With over 30 years of experience as Community Development Director for a north suburban municipality, Mary Bak focuses on pre-development work on suburban infill projects and the re-entitlement of distressed real estate projects to bring them back to market. Mary ‘s philanthropic activity includes service with Rotary International, serving as District 6440 District Governor for northeastern Illinois.
