Located in Chicago’s Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the city’s northwest side, Diversey Manor is a three-story affordable senior housing development constructed by Kinzie Builders for the Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation. The building’s 98 units include studio and one-bedroom apartments with an on-site community room, management offices, and laundry facilities.
