Project Overview

Located on Noyes Street in the heart of Evanston, IL, within walking distance of Northwestern University and adjacent to the CTA Purple Line, 828 Lofts is an urban-infill mixed-use project with ground floor commercial space and three stories of loft apartments. 

Kinzie worked with GDS Development, LLC, to meet criteria to achieve LEED Silver certification for the building, which includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Apartments feature an industrial-chic aesthetic with 10-foot ceilings, acoustically treated industrial-size windows, and recycled glass countertops in the kitchens.
