Before joining Kinzie, Andy distinguished himself as a Construction Superintendent with T&H Investment Properties, LLC, where he oversaw and coordinated diverse construction activities across complex developments. His background includes managing crews, subcontractors, and subcontractor relations, ensuring all field operations aligned with project plans, schedules, and quality expectations. Andy holds OSHA 30 certification and is recognized for his practical problem-solving, ability to drive productivity, and dedication to maintaining safe and efficient jobsite environments.

At Kinzie, Andy leverages his deep field experience to lead teams through all phases of construction, from ground-breaking through punch-list completion.
